Lactated Ringers

A lactated ringer is one liter of water and some electrolytes to make a salt balanced solution which in turn will hydrate you.  Lactated ringers are extremely popular to use in a hospital setting.

B-Complex

(Vit B1), Riboflavin (Vit B2), Niacinamide (Vit B3), Dexpanthenol (Vit B5), and Pyridoxine (Vit B6). This will help you to use carbohydrates, proteins, and fats while also increasing metabolism.

Vitamin B12

This will get your body to metabolize protein and fat while helping to create new DNA.  B12 also helps to prevent anemia by maturing your red blood cells.

Vitamin C

This is also referred to as Ascorbic Acid.  This is taken rather quickly when you have an infection, and a higher dose of this will help heel a cold quickly..
